I don't know what happened, but I suspect the error with the leaderboard caused it. I restarted the game and I'm there on the leaderboard, #5 with my personal best time of 1442 seconds, but it's not giving me the trophy. Guess i have to do it again.......
I think the best advice, if you're not already doing this, is to press triangle on cards rather than manually picking them up and putting them in the middle. Pressing triangle automatically sends any applicable cards to the target in the centre. Saves a decent chunk of time.
