Management Team

Mr. Fong (or Bill to his friends) is a member of the Toronto Real Estate Board and an accomplished expert in commercial and industrial leasing and real estate. Some of the projects completed by Mr. Fong include the rezoning, development and building of the industrial complex at 2370 Midland Ave, Toronto, the development of the 45,000 s.f. office building at 80 Acadia Ave in Markham, the conversion of an industrial building to a retail plaza at 385 John St in Markham and the rezoning and conversion of an office to permit commercial use at 7850 Woodbine Ave, also in Markham.
